We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support an active entrepreneur, investor, and activist based in Aspen, CO. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment and is ready to take on a pivotal role within our team.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Business Operations
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and prioritization across multiple ventures. Facilitate all meetings so they are seamless - including requesting agenda items from meeting attendees, sharing the agenda ahead of the meeting, arranging virtual and in-person meetings, setting up meetings and presentations, managing participants/timing of the meeting
- Prepare materials, notes, memos, and agendas for meetings with investors, executives, designers, attorneys, and partners.
- Support light project management across consumer brand initiatives, media, real estate development, and social-impact work.
- Liaise with accountants, attorneys, designers, and advisors.
- Conduct research, create summaries, and synthesize information to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Family Operations & Household Coordination
- Serve as the point of coordination between family schedules, caregivers, household staff, tutors, therapists, and vendors.
- Support logistics for children’s activities, appointments, and school coordination.
- Ensure daily household and lifestyle operations run smoothly and predictably.
- Anticipate family needs and remove friction before it appears.
Travel, Properties & Logistics
- Coordinate travel for a family that moves frequently between Aspen, the East Coast, the Caribbean, and other destinations.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packets.
- Liaise with property managers, design teams, vendors, and contractors across multiple residences.
- Oversee recurring household rhythms (restocking, seasonal planning, maintenance calendars).
Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as a polished, thoughtful representative of the family.
- Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, executives, and partners with professionalism and clarity.
- Manage follow-through, ensuring commitments are tracked and executed.
- Keep workflows moving when the founder is traveling, in meetings, or unavailable.
Systems, Structure & Continuous Improvement
- Implement and refine organizational systems that improve efficiency.
- Keep information organized and accessible across platforms (email, calendars, notes, documents).
- Identify operational gaps and proactively fix them.
- Create reliable rhythms and routines that strengthen stability in the household and business environments.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, communications, or related field
- 5+ years supporting a founder, CEO, investor, or high-performing family
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential, sensitive information
- Expert-level organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities
- Strong emotional intelligence, calm under pressure
- Tech proficient (Google Suite, project management tools, messaging apps)
Preferred
- MBA or advanced business training
- Experience with UHNW families
- Experience in consumer brands, real estate, or health/wellness
- Familiarity with Aspen and mountain-town logistics
- Experience coordinating travel across multiple homes and time zones

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base + bonus + benefits
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, with flexibility during travel or peak periods
Travel: Occasional, as needed (domestic & international)
